A highly qualified and motivated personality, he inspires all around him to give their best and contribute to the set goals. Continuing the rich legacy of his father, he too has served as a MLA from Katol in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and is a staunch advocate of a separate Vidharbha.

He combines his academic acumen alongwith his rich experience of having been in public life and also having travelled widely to run the institutions and provide his vision and leadership to become better in their respective domains with the ultimate aim to be the leaders. A multi-faceted personality, he contributes passionately towards several social causes such as Tobacco deaddiction, Women empowerment, upliftment of Farmers and also has a keen interest in the promotion of lesser-known sports such as Woodball through him being the President of the Woodball Association of India and Gateball by virtue of him being the Chairman of the Gate ball Federation of India.
